Membership and Product Refund Policy: The membership cycle is based on 12 months beginning the date membership applications are submitted through the website. Membership privileges to The Avalon Institute are currently offered at no cost. In the future, should membership to The Avalon Institute be contingent on a fee, this policy will be updated to reflect this change. Full refunds for Avalon products and services purchased through this website may be requested via email to email@example.com or by calling the us at 844-828-2566 within 35 days of purchase (and for events and services, a minimum of 3 business days before the scheduled date of any event or service). Refunds requested after 35 days may be prorated or issued on a case by case basis.
Coaching Fees Refund Policy: Coaching fees for any and all members, clients, customers and non-members may be requested via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 35 days of purchase (and a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled date of any event or service) or, if after 35 days, a minimum of 5 business days before the scheduled date of any event or service.
